For people wanting to get access to the AusLCI database for use as climate emission factors, without having to get your own software, ALCAS will be publishing the ALCAS database as carbon emission factors which will be available to any organisation with an ALCAS corporate membership or for purchase for $1500 plus gst.
The factors will be updated regularly to be compliant with updated national greenhouse emission factors. Anyone wanting to inquire about sourcing the factors should email AusLCI@alcas.asn.au. On the AusLCI development front version1.35 has been released which has minor corrections to the moisture content of horticulture products and correction of the error effecting contaminants added to soil from fertilisers.
