The following submission is from the Australian LCA Society (ALCAS) members and represents the consensus view where this could be established. Where a single consensus could not be established - some key points of debate are included where applicable.

Consensus documents are useful, but the more revealing part is often where agreement breaks down and competing assumptions stay visible.
